What's your turn around time?

You'll receive your logo concepts within 3 weeks.   We have the rush order option available if the logo needs to be delivered to you sooner than that. With that option, you'll receive a concept within 5-7 days.

How many logo concepts will I see?

We’ll design 2 logo concepts for you to choose from based on what you describe in the creative brief.

Question 3

Can I ask for changes to the logo?

Accepted Answer

Of course, you can! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your logo.    Because of the creative brief given once you book our services, we offer you two complimentary revisions after you see the concept.    If you want more than 2 revisions, we’ll add on an extra fee, depending on the kind of revision you need.    However, most of our clients love the logo design the first time we send it without any needed revisions.

Will I be updated on the Logo Design process?

Yes, absolutely. We will communicate with you every step of the way. This includes from the time you decide to work with us to when we have begun your logo design to any updates we have for you on the process.    You will be informed of everything!

What if I don’t like the logo design?

Accepted Answer

One thing about us is that we do our best to listen to our clients' ideas carefully. The questions we ask you in the initial stage help us identify what you are looking for.    And I'm proud to say that we have met all of our client's needs, even the most demanding customers.    If you are not happy with the design due to a misunderstanding, the entire logo will be redesigned from scratch. This will be at no expense to you.

What if I’m not sure what kind of logo I want?

We understand not knowing exactly how you want the logo to be.    Fortunately, we have worked with clients who also didn’t know how they wanted their logo to look. And that’s okay.    We will work with you. We’ll ask you the right questions about your brand. And based on what your answers are, we will freestyle the logo concepts.

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Once you pay, you’ll receive a welcome email with your creative brief.    The brief will help us capture your vision and allow us to get started on colors, ideas, and other concepts that will complete your logo.    You’ll be updated along the way.
